responsive-museKeymasterHi Ryan, about your issues:
1. This widget supports the same currencies that Paypal supports. If your currency is supported by Paypal and you can not use it in the widget, please, tell us and our support team will update the product.
Unfortunately we have checked it and it seems that South Africa Rands are still not supported.2. Have you tried the optional leading zeros widget?
3. Sorry, as explained in the product page, this widget only supports paypal checkout. The customers will submit all their information through Paypal and the order information will be stored there. You will receive a payment notification email.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Joe,
The widget shows the events of any Facebook Fanpage in your Adobe Muse website.
It works with normal events, not recurring events. An example of recurring event is an event that happens periodically (every Monday at 10pm) and you can set different dates inside the same Facebook event.Kind regards,
responsive-museKeymasterHi Caroline,
We have checked your site and we have found two main problems:
– There is an error code in your template (not related to Easyblog) that is breaking the javascript code below it:
You should remove a wrong coded widget that attempts to disable right click. After removing it, these errors from Chrome console should disappear.

– Your server is extremely slow: we have logged in to your backend and it takes more than 30 seconds to just load easyblog.php file. Thats A LOT and it will probably generate other timeout problems.
Are you using any kind of free server? This file should load in a few seconds.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Caroline,
Please, provide us a live/demo URL where we can check the problems.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Kyra,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
If most of your problems appear after editing the username and password in the .PHP file, that means there was a mistake when editing them.
Are you using Notepad++ or Sublime text editors as explained in the first msg?
Anyway, since you are using the premium version, please, send us a support ticket using SUPPORT -> SUBMIT A TICKET
Our support team will look at your problem and solve it.
Regards,
responsive-museKeymasterHi Caroline.
We have checked your page and it seems there is another code error that is breaking javascript.
That means that the form will not submit, but the reason of this problem is not the form/widget itself.
You can use Chrome console to check your website errors. I would give a try to remove the disable right click function. I think the problem is there.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Caroline,
If you use the widget without editing anything in the file, (just download and use) does it works?
So we can discard that editing the file is the problem.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Leigh!
You should be able to use third party commenting platforms like disqus or facebook comments.
Maybe we will integrate it in the next premium version, but it should not be hard to use them with the current free one with some limitations.
If you try this third party comments, please, tell us how it works 🙂
responsive-museKeymasterHi Kyra,
You should see this after removing the API key.

You should see the same when using File -> Preview site in browser.
Sometimes Muse fails to render widgets when you change their settings. Can you slightly resize the widget to see if it solves the issue?
Resizing widgets will force Adobe Muse to reload the widget content again.I hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Jonas
responsive-museKeymasterGlad to help 🙂
I’ll close this thread. If you have any other problem, please, post a new topic.
responsive-museKeymasterThat’s great Peter, the link has been removed.
Kind regards.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Anders!
You do not need to create that file. The file should be included in the .zip download from the product.
Please, check if you see a file called scan.php.
The video tutorial explains how to change that file just in case you need to modify some options.
I hope it helps.
Kind regards
responsive-museKeymasterYo do not need to disable it in the whole server, your hosting should allow you to disable it only in some folders/domains.
All we can do is checking your server to see if we are able to remove that notices by code, but we would need to access to your FTP server to analyze/fix the errors.
If you wanna us to try, you can submit a ticket using the SUPPORT menu. My colleagues will ask you FTP credentials to access to your current site.
Kind regards.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Peter,
The widget seems to work correctly, you would just need to remove that ugly warnings.
Usually you can suppress PHP “warnings” and “notices” using your hosting control panel. They can also deactivate them for you if you submit a ticket to their support.
responsive-museKeymasterHi Pais,
