Hi Caroline,
Please, provide us a live/demo URL where we can check the problems.

Here’s the URL I’ve been testing it on:
linksquare.io/2018/test.html
Didn’t change any of the login information, so you can check the control panel here with the default id/pw info.
linksquare.io/2018/assets/easyblog.php
Thank you!

We have checked your site and we have found two main problems:
– There is an error code in your template (not related to Easyblog) that is breaking the javascript code below it:
You should remove a wrong coded widget that attempts to disable right click. After removing it, these errors from Chrome console should disappear.
– Your server is extremely slow: we have logged in to your backend and it takes more than 30 seconds to just load easyblog.php file. Thats A LOT and it will probably generate other timeout problems.
Are you using any kind of free server? This file should load in a few seconds.June 13, 2018 at 8:42 pm #40372AnonymousInactiveThat was so helpful, keep in mind (which was my problem) in your video you stated about changing line 29, however, I did not know that I needed to change the file name to the same thing for it to be functional until I read this. It was almost like a realization because I didn’t read carefully. Thank you.
