The problem now might be caused by the domain or hosting. These are the options:

    – Your domain only allows a sender from the same domain. In this case, you should change in the widget settings “From email: name@gmail.com” for another email with the domain, such us “noreply@yourdomain.com”. Once changed, the form should work.

    – If the above does not work, that is probably because your hosting is not PHP compatible. You can try and contact your hosting and see what they can do.

The widget instructions include the note below. There is a link where you can read more about this problem.

If you see in the Form Settings, first option is to ADD PHP FILE. There is where you have to add the contact.php
If you have done this correctly, contact.php should appear in the assets folder,
Can you please do this again?
You shouldn’t edit anything from the contact.php in order to not affect the widget.

Have you uploaded the contact.php file to the widget? You can find that file in the downloadable zip. You can do two things:

    1. Upload contact.php to the widget
    2. Manually place contact.php in the assets folder. You can find this folder when you export the web in HTML.

You are probably checking in a wrong library. In Adobe Muse you have “Library” and “Widget Library”. It is usually in Library.

The only way to use single opt-in is using a form that allows this feature and that asks you for a mailchimp API key.

Most Adobe Muse widgets, like our free one, use embeded forms. Mailchimp embeded forms will always use double opt-in. As long as we know, there is no way to use an embed form with single opt-in.

Yes, there are no options displaying on the widget as all animation effects in Muse work with Graphic Styles.
In the description of each product and in the readme.txt file in the zip, there are instructions and a list of the animations.
Here is a tutorial on how to use Graphic Styles.

The widget does not have a limit to the amount of items but we recommend to display them in different pages so the page will load faster.

    Hope we helped you!

    Hi Jeff!

Have you tried forcing the image height? There is an option you can activate in the main settings. Try that and let us know if it works.
About the slider… Could you please send us a screenshot so we can figure out the problem?

It seems your site has an Adobe Muse bug (just in Safari) that makes any code placed in footer to break.

Best aproach would be trying to check your whole site outside businesscatalyst, to see if it is still bugged or bug appears just there.

Also, download our updated version of this widget from your account. This might also happen if your widget is not updated.

Yes, you can change the color of all the icons but not in Muse. All icons are PNGs so you will need Illustrator or photoshop to do that! Illustrator is better as you can convert it into vectors but it just depends on how skilled you are with the programs.

We think that the form you are using above is blocking ours so that is why it is not working. Have you tried using both forms separately to see if they work?

Have you uploaded the contact.php file to the widget? You can find that file in the downloadable zip. You can do two things:

    1. Upload contact.php to the widget
    2. Manually place contact.php in the assets folder. You can find this folder when you export the web in HTML.

There is no way to get rid of the name and email details and merge the upload to your existing form. You can’t do that with this widget or any other widget. You might have to choose which one to use!

Is your site responsive or adaptative?

Can we see your published site URL to check form?

    Thank you!
