The embed code I copied from my Mailchimp email list as described on your site is being rejected by your widget as invalid. This is what Mailchimp gave me:
I tried this too, based on your example:

If the widget says invalid URL you should modify your URL.October 19, 2016 at 8:16 pm #9431
Also be sure there is no extra space after or before URL, Adobe Muse is strict when validating URL fieldsMay 12, 2018 at 3:26 am #38541AnonymousInactive
I tried both of those things and it is not accepting my submit URL either.

Who’s rejecting your URL? the Mailchimp form or the Muse URL settings field?
If you are talking about the Mailchimp form, you can share with us your form URL, so we can check where the problem is.

It’s the Muse settings field inside the widget. It comes back with “Must use valid URL”May 16, 2018 at 7:39 am #38760
That should be easy to solve, it means that Muse does not recognice your URL as a valid URL.
Remove all empty characters before and after the URL and check that there is not any other weird symbol that is not being accepted by Muse URL validation.
