That problem usually means a problem in the PHP setup (old PHP versions, wrong file path, etc)

I am testing this on WAMP with the path below. i have a folder with the actual project in and when i publish the site i use the file path below. so I am not sure if this php is considered old or how the path can be wrong. both folder are on the root meaning: the project is located at file:///C:/wamp64/www/search and when i publish it is to the file path below spec for wamp are below as well. sorry for sending to both kinda of new to this. any help is appreciated.
