Stuck in state of "Submitting…"

Hi all,
I have this widget placed, copied the URL correctly and even double checked the &/ID issue and corrected it. When troubleshooting, the form is stuck in a constant state of “Submitting…” and doesn’t seem to correctly function. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Probably mailchimp submit URL is wrong or being blocked for any reason.

Hello Tinashe.

We have checked your site and it seems there is a typo in your mailchimp URL

You missed a “m” in first part of URL, it should be list-manage not list-anage.
