That means that you cannot access the .txt file in the easyblog folder.
Thats a restriction in your server, you should open a ticket in your hosting provider.

I do get the same error, and this is what the support/helpdesk asked me to ask you.Nevertheless, all works in the end, but it’s simply ugly to see the error when hitting the thick green pencil icon.

That error means that the easyblog.php file cannot access the .TXT file article.
Changing the file permissions should help.

Usually you need to do this using cPanel file manager. Right click over the files and folders and set the right writing permissions.
