Error in Characters and Attachments

I bought the Widget for a client site that wants to upload the resumes.
But when the form is filled and received in the email, the message arrives with problems in the characters. And the attached curriculum when it is opened, is all blank. It loses all the content that was in the document.
I need a quick fix for that. Can someone help me?
