easyblog not working on windows server

Hello there, I have trying to use this widget inside a website for my company but I cannot get it to work since my server is windows (GoDaddy), the control is working but when I create a post it says the post has been created successfully but the post is never created
The PHP version is 5.6.33

The PHP version seems right, maybe there is a permission problem or any restriction.
We would need to check your control panel to see what is happening. Maybe you can recreate a demo site and share the control panel user and password with us.
