Disqus don't work

I buyed today Easyblog V2 Pro version to use Disqus but afer put my Disqus short name in the Easyblog settings nothing happend. I tryed several times. I checked it inserting the script code from Disqus in a HTML box and worked fine.

I’ve another problem with latin characters. Every time I edit a post all the accented letters and other letters change to a combination of symmbols.
