can't upload images…http error: error

Hi, a previous post only a few days ago had this error, solution was dealt with privately, any chance you could let us know what this might be and how to solve this as it would seem I’m not the only one?
I’ve tried the basepath thing with www and without www, no joy. On a separate, and probably related note, sometimes thumbnails don’t show.

Hi Simon,

That error can be caused by different issues. Basepath could be wrong or your server has non standard file paths.

Yes, URL is http://urmstonprimary.com/children.html – lots of different blogs stemming from that page.

Also issues here are with people using ipad to add images, throwing errors – though desktop PCs seem to work. Using the share function on an ipad show the picture for a second before either showing an error or a small box with a question mark.

Thank you very much for providing the link. We have checked it and we don’t see any current issues with your blog. We hope that it was a temporary problem.

Regarding the tablet issues, the control panel is meant to be used in desktop so it could be normal to experience some issues in tablet.
