Does this message sound familiar?
“Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect. Clear browser cache and try again. If the problem persists please contact website author”
You keep on clicking the OK button but the message appears again and again. You empty your cache, try to find which files are missing and nothing, the alert keeps on popping up each time you visit your Adobe Muse website.
This message can appear for many reasons: problems with your cache, corrupt files, preview site before all files are uploaded to your FTP folder… No matter what the reason is, you can fix it by using this free widget. Just by dragging it into your workspace, it will work and suppress the alerts so they will not show.
In the tutorial, as an example, we have forced the alert to appear in one tab and in the other, we have solved the problem by using this widget.
You can get rid of this annoying alert or say other. What the widget does is suppress the messages so they will not appear on your screen but on the console.
Download the free Remove Alerts widget here.
