How these tools work
These tools run on old.reddit.com: the same Reddit, the same account and the same data, with the classic design. Its pages have kept the same structure for years, so the scripts don’t break every time the new design changes. You stay signed in: just change www to old in the address.
- Open the old.reddit.com page the tool tells you to, signed in.
- Copy the script (or drag the bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar).
- Open the console: F12 or Ctrl+Shift+J (Cmd+Option+J on Mac). If Chrome asks, type
allow pastingand press Enter. Paste it and press Enter.
Nothing is sent to us or anywhere else: the scripts click the same links you would, in your own tab.
